The 600N is a good tall and narrow size for 40-80lb line, especially excelling at casting larger lures and jigging. It's that much easier to guide the line on compared to the standard 600 or 600 Wide so these make great bottom fishing and jigging reels. They hold a bit under 500 yards of 60lb braid so they will still do the job against a decent bluefin or yellowfin. For wahoo these can even be configured with a higher gear ratio, they make a 6:1/3:1 gear set that can be swapped in to get you a bit of extra retrieve but the low gear also bumps up.
These models now come with the rubber handle knob which is more comfortable for most applications, but the reels can be configured with the ball, t-bar or even SPJ handle knob. Versatility is the biggest advantage of this size, it's not too big or too small so it can be used for a variety of applications.
