The HXJ is a great specialty size for jigging and bottom fishing, it's narrow so it makes it easy to guide the line on without giving up too much line capacity. This model comes with the MC magnetic cast control so you can cast some larger wahoo lures or heavy baits, it will also work well for slowing the spool down when vertical jigging. Instead of going full freespool letting the jig flutter down slowly you can slow it down and make it get to the right depth faster.
